1. Request equipment rental
Follow the steps in the request tool and submit your request. There’s no faster way to get started with technology rental.
Our partners will then contact you to discuss the project details and answer any questions you may have. You will then receive a non-binding quote.
2. Sign the digital offer
Fonlos will then send you an order confirmation and provide you with the contract for signature. You verify your identity and give your consent for automatic payment collection – 100% digital & paperless.
The rent is debited monthly from your company account, while one-time costs for services, for example, are due immediately.

3. Receive the devices
Fonlos will deliver your equipment to you by courier at the agreed time and place. This ensures that everything arrives where it should – at your doorstep.

5. Simply return the equipment at the end of the term
You send the equipment back
On the last day of the rental period, you send the equipment back. If you have used the OVP service, fonlos® will send all packaging back on time. You can create a return label yourself in your fonlos® customer portal.
What happens in the background
- fonlos® checks the technology and deletes all data.
- If a deposit has been paid, it will be refunded.
- fonlos® then closes your rental project.

Unsere Partner meldet sich darauf bei dir um die Projektdetails und deine Fragen zu besprechen. Danach erhältst du ein unverbindliches Angebot.
2. Angebot digital signieren
Danach meldet sich fonlos mit einer Auftragsbestätigung und stellt dir den Vertrag zur Signatur bereit. Du verifizierst deine Identität und erteilst die Einwilligung zum automatischen Zahlungseinzug – 100% digital & papierlos.
Die Miete wird monatlich von deinem Firmenkonto eingezogen, einmalige Kosten für z.B. Service sind sofort fällig.

3. Technik in Empfang nehmen
Fonlos stellt dir deine Technik zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt und Ort per Kurier zu. So stellen sie sicher, das auch alles dort ankommt wo es an kommen soll – bei dir.
4. Technik nutzen
Während der Laufzeit hast du die Möglichkeit, auf umfassende IT-Leistungen zuzugreifen: Buche dir einfach einen IT-Admin, um interne IT-Aufgaben abzugeben und konzentriere dich auf das, was du wirklich zu tun hast.
5. Technik am Ende der Laufzeit einfach zurücksenden
Du schickst die Technik zurück
Am letzten Tag der Laufzeit sendest du die Technik wieder zurück. Hast du den OVP-Service genutzt, sendet fonlos® rechtzeitig alle Verpackungen wieder zu. Eine Retoure-Frankierung kannst du in deinem fonlos®-Kundenportal selbst erstellen.
Das passiert im Hintergrund
- fonlos® prüft die Technik und löscht alle Daten.
- Sofern eine Kaution hinterlegt wurde, wird diese erstattet.
- Danach schließt fonlos® dein Mietprojekt ab.
